Frozen Yogurt Blueberries

Frozen Yogurt Blueberries are so simple to make, yet so flavorful!  They also last a long time in your freezer so it’s a great way to use up blueberries that are about to go bad.  All you need is 2 ingredients and a freezer.   They are a great snack for kids and the kid at heart!

Wash and dry your blueberries.  Spoon yogurt into a bowl.  Take a toothpick and stab the top of each blueberry and swirl around in the yogurt until the sides are covered.  Place on a jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper.  Repeat until all the blueberries are covered with yogurt.

Place the jelly roll pan in the freezer until the blueberries are set (30 min to an hour).  Pull the blueberries off the parchment paper and store in an air tight container in the freezer.
